The Fixed Assets Warehouse is located at 950 Wunsche Loop, Spring, TX 77373. The facility is open on Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
Appointments are not mandatory but preferred before visiting the Fixed Assets Warehouse by calling 281-891-6526.

Our Asset Management Team utilizes Public Surplus to facilitate the online auction of fixed asset materials for the district. We are not experts on the items listed for auction. We receive them from multiple sources and are not responsible or accountable for the condition in which we receive them. We do not inspect every item to see if it works. We strongly encourage bidders to inspect items of interest during the auction viewing period.
