The Office of the General Counsel provides legal service and guidance to the Board of Trustees, Superintendent of Schools and other district employees in the course and scope of their employment, consistent with the mission of the Spring Independent School District. The General Counsel is the legal representative of the Spring ISD administration and does not provide personal legal advice to any officer or employee of the District.  The Office of the General Counsel also oversees Board Services.
