Ms. Falcon grew up right here in Spring, TX and attended Spring schools for grades K-12. She was even an Anderson Gator way back in the stone ages! Ms. Falcon earned her Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and her Master’s degree from Sam Houston State University. She has been in education for 20 years, teaching for 14 years in both Aldine ISD and Spring ISD, and serving as the assistant principal at Anderson for 4 years before being named as Principal in 2017.

Ms. Falcon loves being a mom to her own little Anderson Gators, Charlotte, Mia, and Isaiah. When she is not at school, she can usually be found shuttling them around to their various activities.

In her free time, Ms. Falcon enjoys reading, traveling, theatre and leading her Girl Scout troops. Other than Anderson, her favorite places to be include Disney World, any beach, and cheering on her kids at dance competitions, swim meets, or baseball games.

• Email Mrs. Antoinette Clark

Mrs. Antoinette Clark, is our new Anderson Assistant Principal. She is a native Houstonian, now in her 19th year serving students and families in education. The last 15 of those years have been right here in Spring ISD. In this work, she supports students, families and educators by helping them bring out their absolute best. Mrs. Clark has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Lamar University. 

Mrs. Clark is an avid reader, a self-professed movie critic and a roller coaster thrill seeker. She is married to her high-school sweetheart, Erick and they have one daughter, McKinley. 

Her personal experience growing up in the inner city and leading Title I schools, has helped shape her philosophy on education, which is rooted in the belief that all students are capable of learning at the highest level possible. Our educational system, coupled with active parental involvement, can provide our children with the skills needed to be successful in our ever-advancing, global society. Mrs. Clark is eager to work with you to take our Gators to the next level. Together, every Anderson student will be an unstoppable leader!
